PremierBank Announces New CFO and Janesville Lender

Luchika Lamick, VP | Chief Financial Officer

Originally from Ukraine, Lamick moved to the United States after college and began her banking career in Illinois as a personal banker at a financial institution located in the Chicago suburbs and began graduate school focusing on finance. With two master’s degrees, including one in Accounting and Financial Management, she has held several positions in financial institutions over the course of her banking career including in retail, operations, credit, and accounting departments. She was most recently the CFO for a community bank in McHenry County, Illinois. “I am grateful to be part of the PremierBank team and look forward to continuing my community banking career with this strong, community-minded financial institution,” said Lamick. Based in PremierBank’s main office in downtown Fort Atkinson, Lamick oversees all of PremierBank’s finance and accounting operations. Fluent in four languages, Lamick replaces former Senior Vice President, CFO Dennis Heim, who has transitioned to PremierBank’s Chief Strategy and Investment Officer.

Tim Shortreed, VP | Loan Officer, Janesville

Shortreed grew up in Rock County, earned his undergraduate degree at UW-Lacrosse, and is a graduate of CUNA Management School. After serving eight years in the United State Naval Reserve, Shortreed returned to Wisconsin where he started a career in the financial services industry in Janesville. Over the course of his career, Shortreed has worked in customer service, asset management, business development, commercial, consumer, and residential lending. He is actively involved in the Janesville area currently serving as a class instructor for Neighborworks of the Blackhawk Region where he provides homebuyer education. He is also passionate about serving his fellow veterans and is a member of Janesville Elks and the American Legion. As part of the Janesville area office lending team, he is focused on helping area residents and small business owners with all of their lending needs.
