Notice - You will be asked to answer one of your security questions when you first log into Online Banking. If you check the button to register the computer, you will not be asked again when you log on to that computer.
Notice - On Tuesday, July 14 we made a change to our Online Banking. The picture and passphrase that you are used to seeing during the log in process is no longer visible. You will now see the URL bar along the top of your internet browser change to green. This will indicate to you that you are logging into the PremierBank Online Banking system. Below are some examples of what this will look like using some of the popular browsers. Please note, it will say Fiserv Inc. in the URL area. Fiserv is the software we utilize for online banking services.
Mobile Banking users: The picture and passphrase will also be removed from the log in process. You will be asked one of your security questions while logging in unless you have registered your device with an activation code using Online Banking.
If you are not sure of your questions and answers, you can view them when logged into Online Banking (on a computer) under Options.

PremierBank Technology Notices:
Occasionally, the Bank will put an article or notice on the website regarding technology, such as Protecting Your Debit Card, or Internet Security. Since our customers may want to refer back to this at some point, we have created a spot on the website that keeps these notices available.
