Steve has been at PremierBank since January 2017, but has been in the banking industry since 1994 and in the Wealth Management area since 1998. Steve holds an MBA in Finance from UW-Whitewater and also holds the Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager designation. Steve believes in building a long-term relationship of mutual respect, trust and communication with his clients.
Steve is a Wisconsin native and a HUGE Packers fan! He lives in Janesville, with his wife and two children.

Jan is our longest-tenured employee having been with PremierBank since 2005. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the department as she has over 45 years of trust administration experience. Jan said that she "loves her customers" at PremierBank and always looks forward to visiting and helping them with all their requests.
Outside of work, Jan is a self-proclaimed dog lover. She lives in Beloit with her beloved 15-year-old Cocker Spaniel named Buffy and her new edition- Rosie! Jan's adventurous spirit has led her on many travels including Norway, Iceland, Italy and the Baja where she interacted with baby Humpback Whales from a dingy! Jan loves spending time with her family—especially hearing all her great-nephew Trevor's elaborate stories.

Ralph joined PremierBank’s Wealth Management Team in October 2022. He holds his series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 25 years, including time as a Financial Advisor with another firm, as a civilian Financial Counselor for the U.S. Army, and as Loan Officer in community banking for much of his career.
Ralph focuses on holistic financial advice and planning that considers each client’s specific situation and goals, always keeping their best interest as the highest priority. Ralph’s enjoys connecting with clients, learning about their goals, interests, and concerns, and helping them plan for the best financial situation possible both now and in the future.
Ralph lives in Jefferson with his wife and two of his three children. Ralph serves as a Board Member and Ambassador for the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and is very active in his church. He is a member of the Rock County Rifle and Pistol Club, and volunteers monthly for Ruby’s Pantry food distributions at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
He loves the outdoors, spending time with his family, and helping people. An annual fishing trip portaging into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in northern Minnesota is the highlight of his outdoor adventures most years.

Attorney Christopher D. Martin is involved in the management and advisement of client assets, as well as trust/estate administration matters.
Chris joined PremierBank in 2018, bringing with him more than a decade of estate planning, business, tax and trust/estate administration experience. Chris specializes in delivering PremierBank’s full spectrum of trust and estate advisory and administrative capabilities. His responsibilities include supporting PremierBank’s function as a comprehensive and directed corporate fiduciary, providing trust and estate administrative services and delivering guidance, advice and trust services to individual clients. All of these services are integrated within PremierBank’s comprehensive wealth planning and management service.
Chris prides himself on being a longtime member of the Fort Atkinson community. After graduating from Fort Atkinson High School in 2001 and receiving his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005 and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2009, he began his legal career at the local firm of Vance, Wilcox, & Short, S.C. There, his practice primary focused on estate planning, trust/estate administration, tax and business law.
Actively involved in the local community, Chris is a member of the Fort Atkinson Rotary Club as well as serving on the boards of the Evergreen Cemetery, Hoard Curtis Scout Camp and Fort Atkinson Chamber of Commerce. He was also a past participant in Project Lead. In his spare time, he enjoys watching both the UW Badgers and Green Bay Packers as well as taking every opportunity to spend time with his wife, Anita, and his two young boys, Luke and Liam. Chris is also an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, camping, fishing and working in his workshop.
