August 27, 2025 – PremierBank, a long-time partner of Opportunities, Inc. in Fort Atkinson and Beaver Dam, is donating custom handmade cornhole boards to the organization.
In a release, PremierBank said the gift, handcrafted by vice president/loan officer Brian Armstrong, promotes healthy living and inclusive recreation for individuals of all abilities.
It’s “a fun, accessible way to stay active, build friendships, and enjoy the benefits of physical activity,” the release said.
Cornhole, a popular lawn game, is easily adaptable to a wide range of physical abilities, making it an ideal activity for inclusive wellness.
With the addition of the new cornhole boards, Opportunities, Inc. in Fort Atkinson and Beaver Dam can expand recreational opportunities that encourage fitness, social engagement, and teamwork among participants, the release said. The cornhole boards will be used in Connections’ adult day services regular programming and events.
“We are grateful for PremierBank’s generosity and their commitment to supporting our mission of empowering individuals of diverse abilities to live active, healthy lives,” Barb LeDuc, president and CEO of Opportunities, Inc. said in the release. “These cornhole boards will help create more options for fun, wellness, and community connection for the people we serve.”
“It is a pleasure to have Opportunities, Inc. right in our backyard,” Armstrong said in the release. “They are an important part of the Fort Atkinson community. PremierBank is happy to contribute to their mission, and we wish the bag throwers all the best in future competitions.”
