January 21, 2026 – PremierBank announced branch leadership changes in Jefferson and Walworth Counties, naming Melissa Overdahl, AVP/ Fort Atkinson Branch Manager; Marcie Trader, AVP/ Johnson Creek Branch Manager; and Bobbie Kennedy, AVP/Whitewater Branch Manager.
Overdahl oversees both Fort Atkinson locations, including the Main Office at 70 North Main Street and the drive-up facility at 100 East Sherman Avenue. Overdahl began her banking career as a teller and advanced to roles of increasing responsibility over her seven years with PremierBank. She most recently managed the Whitewater location and has over two decades of banking experience overall.
Trader manages the Johnson Creek and Sullivan offices and has a long-standing history in the financial services industry. She began her career with PremierBank in 2004 as a teller in the Jefferson office and most recently served as Branch Manager of the Fort Atkinson office.
Kennedy manages the Whitewater location and brings more than a decade of experience in the credit industry. Since joining PremierBank eight years ago as a teller, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, advancing roles over time, including Branch Manager of the Janesville office.
