Joanna Miranda, VP/Branch Manager

January 6, 2026 – Joanna Miranda has joined PremierBank as Vice President, Branch Manager for the Janesville location. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Miranda has a strong background in leadership, operational expertise, and relationship-driven customer service.

Miranda’s high-level understanding of bank operations and team building has propelled her into a series of leadership roles within publicly traded, regional, and community banking financial institutions, primarily in the Midwest. In addition to her proven track record in branch management and small business banking, Miranda has earned multiple professional licenses and certifications and is actively involved in diversity advocacy and community engagement initiatives.

Miranda will oversee the Janesville office’s operations while focusing on maintaining and building strong customer relationships in Rock County.  “Joanna’s background in banking and passion for supporting local communities will help us continue delivering exceptional service,” said Lisa Dixon, Vice President and Director of Retail Banking, PremierBank.

Born and raised in Poland, Miranda earned her master’s degree in psychology from Jagiellonian University.  She lives in Rock County and enjoys being involved in local causes.
