Bio

Gale has been a part of the Janesville community for over 25 years. Prior to starting his banking career, he worked for the City of Janesville as a City Planner and Building Official. In his final seven years, he served as the Economic Development Director, where he fostered new business development within the city’s industrial parks, structured loans for new and relocating businesses within various Tax Increment Financing Districts, and developed additional programs to support business growth. Known as a community leader committed to client care, he has brought that same dedication into his banking career and enjoys working with Rock County businesses.

Gale and his sons, Will and AJ, live in the City of Janesville. He spends much of the summer months supporting the kids athletic endeavors, including running and triathlons. When not at his kids sporting events, he enjoys Beloit Sky Carp and Milwaukee Brewers games.

Education & Certifications

University of Cincinnati, Bachelor’s of Urban Planning with a concentration in Community Development and Economic Development. He also holds a certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional.
