Throughout her banking career, Brielle has built a comprehensive foundation in banking through hands-on experience as a branch manager, consumer lender, and business development professional. As a branch manager, she developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of retail banking operations, leading teams, supporting customers with diverse financial needs, and gaining a strong understanding of consumer and business banking, lending, and deposit services. Her experience as a consumer lender further strengthened her ability to guide individuals and families through important financial decisions, with a focus on responsible borrowing, long-term planning, and sustainable buying power.
Brielle is a strong advocate for financial literacy and believes informed decision-making is essential to achieving long-term financial goals. She is passionate about helping customers understand how today’s choices impact their future—whether preparing for homeownership, growing a business, or building financial stability. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with teams across commercial banking, mortgage lending, and business services to strengthen partnerships and enhance customer support. She has also mentored branch staff on relationship-building and effective sales strategies.
In her current role as Business Development Officer for Rock County, Brielle focuses on building meaningful, long-term relationships with local businesses, community partners, and residents to support financial growth across the region. She collaborates closely with branch teams to identify opportunities, connect customers with the bank’s full range of services, and strengthen PremierBank’s presence throughout the Rock County community. Her diverse banking background allows her to bring a practical, well-rounded perspective to every relationship and deliver thoughtful solutions tailored to each customer’s goals.
Born and raised in Beloit, Brielle is a proud advocate for her hometown and the surrounding communities, actively supporting local businesses and organizations that help the region thrive. She resides in Janesville with her family and remains actively involved in numerous Rock County organizations, where she enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community that shaped who she is today.
